This is the place where you can personalize your profile!
But, how?
By moving, adding and personalizing widgets.
You can drag and drop to rearrange.
You can edit widgets to customize them.
The left side has widgets you can add!
Some widgets you can only access when you get a premium membership.
Some widgets have options that are only available when you get a premium membership.
We've split the page into zones!
Certain widgets can only be added to certain zones.
"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!
Now go forth and astound us all with your devious profiles!
Hey, yeah! Shaun showed me muto a few months back and I've gone back to watch it at least 3 more times. I checked out Si Scott right after we talked. He's really amazing. As a result of our conversation about Si Scott and typography I've checked out a few books from the school's library about the art form and I've been tinkering around with things on graphing paper-since I don't even have photoshop yet. *sniff*
I'm sure things are moving fast in your design classes. How're things going? My art classes at sfcc are fun but there isn't as much of an art community as I thought. Alot of the students in my art classes are actually art majors, but in all honesty most of the art they do is just classwork. All my enthusiasm is starting to cool off... But I'm glad to see you dove right into design even after attaining another degree. I got mad respect for you, man. Hope to see you update some mo'. -Melissa
Thanks for the comments! Yea, stuff is going pretty quickly in my design classes. I'm in Digital Storytelling and Design and Art Theory. Digital Storytelling sucks. It's a waste of time. We are doing a stop motion video though for that project, so it should be interesting. and Design and Art Theory is a real art type class. Painting and drawing and such. I actually did a few things so far that I really like, i'll try to get a good scan on them and get em in here.
That kinda sucks that your classmates just do art for class, and not much out side. That's how alot of the kids here are... just doing things to pass, and thats it.
I'm coming to Jacksonville tomorrow with Jack, so hopefully I'll see you there...? Possibility?
Thanks again for the comments. I'll probably hear from you sooooon.

Leadership is a burden I take on for the good of those around me,
I choose to step up so that others are not counted amoungst the dead.
Thanks again.
